Wow that was cool. You are right that guy was arrogant.
My opinion back then was it was in line with Ben Stein's. It was obvious we we in a bubble but whether the bubble was going to pop, get a slow leak, or continue to inflate a little more was unpredictable.
Or as Peter showed, maybe it wasn't.
