The "Buyers" have scheduled the home inspection for this Friday, 10/3/2008. Update September 9, 2008: The home is progressing. We have increased the budget to accommodate the removal of a tree in the front yard and to install granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom.

Update September 13, 2008: The installation of the granite counter tops and carpet will begin this weekend and will be complete by the beginning part of next week. Lastly, an epoxy coat will be applied to complete revitalizing the pool. Upon completion, we will be staging this home and estimate that we will be listing this home towards the end of next week or the beginning of the following week!
